Clinertia is a Contract Research Organisation based in Karachi, Pakistan. This notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through clinertia.com. For any question about it, contact us at contact@clinertia.com.

We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact and proposal forms, or by email:

• Your name, email address, organisation and — if you provide it — phone number
• The content of your message, and for proposal requests, study details such as indication, phase, target enrolment and timeline

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the service running.

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare any proposal you request, and manage the business relationship that may follow. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.

Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent abuse.

If you report a suspected adverse event, we may be legally required to retain the report and share relevant information with regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and the sponsor or marketing authorisation holder of the product concerned. We share only what the applicable pharmacovigilance obligations require.

Please do not include a patient's name or other directly identifying details in a website submission — describe the event and we will follow up through the appropriate channel.

Form submissions are delivered to our business email service and handled by Clinertia staff who need them to respond. We rely on a small number of service providers — our website hosting provider and our email provider — to operate this site and our mailbox. They process information on our behalf and may do so outside Pakistan.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted. Adverse event reports are retained for the periods required by pharmacovigilance regulations.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@clinertia.com and we will respond promptly.

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to our mailbox is restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential protocol documents through the website — we will arrange a secure transfer under NDA.

We may update this notice as our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
